UTYC was established in July 1982 and has 43 years of production, manufacturing and R&D experience in the professional fields of precision mold manufacturing and injection molding.
UTYC currently has a total investment of US$6.7 million and employs 135 people. The company have two side of production factories, one is the 7,000-square-meter of Wanli facility and the other is 8,000-square-meter of Xinji facility.
UTYC’s major products are Chip Trays for COG, ABS Reels for COF, Emboss Spacers, Heat-resistant Spacers, and PI Leader Tapes. These products are planned at both locations of production lines, and also include a variety of precision mold manufacturing and services.

- 1982Founded and cooperated with the Japan RCA to develop various TV parts
- 1985Development of the molds and injection molding for various plastic parts of VHS/Sony Beta video tapes
- 1990Development of the molds and injection molding for the 3.5“ Floppy Disk
- 1992Cooperated with 3M Corporation in developing molds and injection molding for plastic parts of Data Cartridges.
- 1994Collaborated with E.P.T. (U.S.A.) in developing various medical equipment parts.
- 1996Development of IC Hard Tray and Chip Tray.
- 1998Development of CD case molds and 8-cavity injection molding with a cycle time of 5 seconds.
- 1999Passed ISO-9002 certification and won the PHILIPS Silver Medal in the same year
- 2000Development of IC Card / Smart Card molds and injection molding.
- 2002Development of molds and injection molding for various plastic parts of TFT-LCD.
- 2003Development of SD Card / MMC Card.
- 2004Development of various precision plastic gears.
- 2006Development of ABS Reels for COF.
- 2007Invested in ELITING Technology Co., Ltd. to develop Emboss Spacer and Leader Tape for COF.
- 2012Invested in CC Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to develop Drug Delivery System.
- 2025Development of Heat-resistant Spacer for COF.
- 2026ELITING Technology Co., Ltd. merged into UTYC.
